On a sub instance ES data is being received but chart not displaying after 4:51 GMT today. Other symbols e.g. NQ display on the same chart without problem.
ES displays correctly on a chart in the Base Instance.
Have tried reloading the chartbook from backup in case corrupted, checked symbol and chart time settings and deleting and reloading the ES.scid file in sub instance but problem persists.
Chartbook attached
Please advise

Confirm that data is actually indeed being received for the symbol in the sub instance:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.4 - Not Receiving Real-Time Data From Data Feed

And then check the Session Times:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.3 - Session Start Time and End Time not Covering Current Time

And we know that you said that you checked these but these are the only reasonable items and the documentation goes into detail as to specifically what to do.

Found the answer in Global Symbol Settings Time Zone was New York for ES & RTY all other symbols are at Not Specified.
Changing ES and RTY back to Not Specified resolved the problem.
No idea how ES & RTY Time Zone settings became changed.
But matter resolved.
Thanks

That cannot be it. A time zone setting in the Global Symbol Settings is not going to affect this. At least not for existing charts.

I made post #3 for information in the the event that other users have the same issue as myself.
To be precise the only action taken was changing the Global Symbol Settings Time Zone from New York to Non Specified for ES & RTY in the Base Instance. Then I shut down all Instances, reloaded the whole system and found Sub Instance charts to display correctly.
As mentioned in post #1 the ES (and I guess RTY) were always displaying correctly in the Base Instance.
From my perspective it was changing the Global Symbol Settings Time Zone that resolved the matter as I had tried shutting down and even re-booting earlier to no avail.
In the event of recurrence will report so that you can investigate further.
