I made post #3 for information in the the event that other users have the same issue as myself. To be precise the only action taken was changing the Global Symbol Settings Time Zone from New York to Non Specified for ES & RTY in the Base Instance. Then I shut down all Instances, reloaded the whole system and found Sub Instance charts to display correctly. As mentioned in post #1 the ES (and I guess RTY) were always displaying correctly in the Base Instance. From my perspective it was changing the Global Symbol Settings Time Zone that resolved the matter as I had tried shutting down and even re-booting earlier to no avail. In the event of recurrence will report so that you can investigate further. |
