I have two machines that I switch back and forth on. I noticed that certain account information does not sync - open orders, pending orders, trade history/logs, entries, exits etc. Is there a way to configure the platform to refresh the account so the data/information matches on the both machines? |

When you connect to your CTS T4 account, there should be no problem with Open orders and the Positions being displayed. You will see them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions. Confirm that you do see this data for another copy of Sierra Chart. You will not get any historical order fills. This is still being worked on in newer versions. However, at most there will only be the current days fills available. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Thats part of the problem - Sierra Chart on each computer is only tracking the Orders and Positions on that computer. Also, open positions and pending orders made on one computer is not showing on the other one and vice versa. So if I have a stop order running, and I start up another machine and login - that order doesnt show up. But if I log back into the original machine, the order appears. The account data, pending orders, and open positions does not sync between the two machines. |

This does not really make sense. You should have absolutely no trouble getting the Open Orders and Positions on each copy of Sierra Chart using the same T4 account. We just did a test now and did not see a problem. Check to be sure that the CTS T4 Username and Password in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings is the same for both copies of Sierra Chart.
