When you connect to your CTS T4 account, there should be no problem with Open orders and the Positions being displayed. You will see them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions. Confirm that you do see this data for another copy of Sierra Chart. You will not get any historical order fills. This is still being worked on in newer versions.
