I opened 2 instances connecting 2 different service provider. One is IB and the other is WebCQG. The instance connecting to WebCQG is very stable but I often experienced instance crash for the IB. I captured the event log from windows for the application log of instance below. I have already re-installed the SC with uptodate version but cannot fix the problem. Pls advise how I can deal with it.

This error is not occurring within Sierra Chart but the operating system:
Faulting module name: MSHTML.dll.

We are not sure why it is occurring.

Run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if that helps:

Could you try running Sierra Chart on a different computer and see if you still notice the problem.

Also, try resetting Sierra Chart to a default state:

I have updated the SC version and migrated in another computer but the crash still happen in some time. Once it happened, all my SCSS files turn back to initial format (The initial spreadsheet without any additional formulas). Since this instance for trading system and need to run in 7x24, pls kindly give me some advise how I can solve it.
