The connection problem is from a sub instance of Sierra Chart. And not the main instance connected to TD Ameritrade. These are the relevant messages: DTC Client (5) | Error setting send buffer size to 0. If you are running any security software on your system, try disabling it. The other thing to try is to restart your system. Would be best though to use Parallels on your Mac and install a standard copy of Windows on your system. This is going to the proper and recommended set up. I deleted and installed a new copy of SC. Now it loads again but I still have the original problem which is that it is stalled. I probably developed the second resolved problem by trying to fix the first. |
