The connection problem is from a sub instance of Sierra Chart. And not the main instance connected to TD Ameritrade.

These are the relevant messages:

This is very unusual to see these types of messages and almost certainly they are going to because by some security software on your system. Refer to this help topic:

It almost seems so you are not running a standard installation of Windows.
