Do you have Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On disabled?

Do you see your correct position displayed on Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab?

We do not call for these kinds of issues. We only provide telephone support in special cases. It is also not normally provided to users of free accounts. We would go broke providing that level of service for free accounts.

We are not clear as to the meaning of your answer. Once again do you see your correct position displayed on Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab? We are only referring to the Positions tab in no other tab.

One thing we have realized is that you may not have access to the trade accounts on your Top Step Trader username when connecting to CTS using the newest Sierra Chart versions.

We have reported this issue to CTS and we are awaiting an answer. Most likely this is the source of the problem. So please be patient until we hear from CTS.

No. Because we do not know when the change will be released. You just have to reconnect at least once a day using the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu and check the Trade Window to see if your trade account is listed. Refer to the attached image.

Hello Again - CTS says they fix is done but won't be released until at least the weekend because the servers won't be taken down till then. Can you confirm this to be the case?
