One thing we have realized is that you may not have access to the trade accounts on your Top Step Trader username when connecting to CTS using the newest Sierra Chart versions.

We have reported this issue to CTS and we are awaiting an answer. Most likely this is the source of the problem. So please be patient until we hear from CTS.
