I am not sure what to do.
1. I paid $21 for US Exchange Data at $10.50 Through the usage port of Account Management
2. I noticed that the bill was for $55 and needed more money.
3. I checked the activation link and noticed that somehow I had clicked on a wrong link, and deactivated what shouldn't have been activated, with a message that it would be deactivated on the next billing cycle. But since it was never active anyway (lack of $55), I don't think this message is important. BUT
4. With a balance showing of $7 out of the original $21, I didn't have enough ($10.50) to cover US Exchange. So I added another $10 (total of $31.00 now). The balance is $17, but after signing all the forms (for the 3rd time, or so), I still get the attached error message that Bar Charts is not accepting the account.

--attachment 1 shows BarChart acceptance of forms.
--attachment 2 is SC's rejection by Barcharts.

What do I do to view Stocks on US Equities?

Thanks in advance for helping to fix the problem.
a. Do I get credit for the difference between $10.50 cost and $31 paid--done within the past hour or so?
b. There are 2 accounts listed, is that normal, or did I click something else incorrectly?

A. We see a payment of 21 USD to your Additional Services Balance.

You have activated the 1st Real-Time data connection, the charge was prorated to 9 USD.
You have also activated the 2nd Real-Time data connection, the charge was prorated to 5 USD.

Resulting in a balance of: 7 USD

Then there was a 10 USD payment, Which results in your final balance of 17 USD.

B. The issue is that you have set both of your real-time data connections to not auto-renew and be cancelled at the end of this billing period (End of Current Calendar Month).

It is not possible to enabled an exchange while having pending cancellations.

We can enabled the Exchange for you, to do that we need to know how many real-time data connections you need?

I want to have 3 instances of SC running (SC 1, 2 and 3 on c-drive):
1. Transact futures for futures account
2. TD Ameritrade using their data for option tracking (I have an account there)
3. US Exchange for stock portfolio analysis

If you can adjust my account so that this can happen today, I would be most pleased. SC is a wonderful charting program, thanks. If there is additional cost, do let me know.

I didn't intend to open any more than one US exchange account. When I saw a $55 dollar charge, I knew I had clicked something incorrectly. I didn't see that charge until paperwork had been completed and rejection for "insufficient funds" appeared. I know it is my fault for not knowing what to click at t he right time, but can there be some financial forgiveness attempting to
"get it right" the first time but failing?

Since there were not enough funds except for the first US Exchange enrollment, which was incomplete for lack of paperwork, at no time has any account been activated at this point, until you override the system (hopefully) to make US Exchange finally active.

I have had not access to data that I am aware of, therefore there should be no charge.

Thanks for your great program and correcting my errors. Apologies for my mistakes.

We have canceled your second account/connection. Your current Additional Services Balance is 21.00 USD.

Please confirm if you would like us to active the US Equities for you.

You will be charged 10.5 USD for the real-time data from the U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) exchange from this moment until November 30. You will be charged the same amount next month on December 1 unless you deactivate the exchange.

Yes, please activate US Equities. Can I bring up charts shortly?

You mentioned something about an "automatic renewal", if there is a way to do this, I would like automatic renewal immediately.

Thank you for the balance credit and support. As always, SC is exemplary in every respect.

1. We have enabled the exchange and the automatic renewal for you.

2. To make sure that your setup works as expected, disable the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed on the Sierra Chart instances that will connect to Transact and TD Ameritrade.

I am confused by the attached messages.

One says pay $14, the says pay $35. Let me know what I owe out the door for sure so that I can fund the services. I assume the additional amounts are for auto renewal in advance for the exchange.

Thank you for enabling the exchange and auto renewal.

I have paid the $35. I hope this will enable things to go smoothly.

Will the monthly fee be $35?

Your monthly fees are 45.50USD for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. So you did need to add an additional 35 USD to your account. You are all set now.

What is the difference between $10.50 and $35 fee as far as what one is getting for data?
Am I still limited to 100 symbols?

The 35 USD is for the data feed itself and the 10.50 USD is for the exchange fee.
