Hi, I am using trial version of Sierra charts and today I have subscribed for Global data feed (India) for charts but I am unable to login. Please help on this matter urgently. Did Global Data Feeds provide you a server address and port number to connect to? If so what are they? Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. In response to post #3, those IP addresses and port numbers are not valid for the Global Data Feeds FIX connection. We need to see the Message Log again which shows the current connection problem you are having. No error. | 2015-07-15 23:08:20 So what is happening is that when Sierra Chart is sending the Logon message to the Global Data Feeds FIX server, that server is then closing the connection. So you need to contact Global Data Feeds and give them your Sender Comp ID and ask them why the server is closing the connection like this. You can refer them to this posting here.
