cant stay data connected

last two days I cannot stay connected to data all day, and at some point in the day I cannot connect at all to day. here is my recent log

You need to do what it says:
Check the Username, Password, Firm, Live/Simulation Server settings in 'File >> Data/Trade Service Settings'.

You need to contact your broker about this:
