Rithmic Login Failing in Sierra Chart, But Works in R|Trader

Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I'm reaching out for assistance with connecting my Rithmic account to Sierra Chart.

I have selected "Rithmic Direct - DTC [Trading]" as the service, and entered the same credentials that successfully log me into R|Trader Pro. However, when I try to connect through Sierra Chart, I receive a login failed message.

I’ve already:

Verified the credentials by logging into R|Trader Pro without any issues

Selected the correct service in Sierra Chart

Checked for typos in the username and password fields

I suspect the issue may be related to the server setting or a configuration mismatch. Could you please advise on what else I should check or adjust?
