Authorization Error for CGB (F.US.CBM25) and Missing Canola Contract (F.US.WR)

We have market data enabled from our broker for the CGB contract (symbol: F.US.CB). However, we are still encountering the following error when attempting to download historical daily data:

“Download Failed
Error downloading historical Daily data for F.U.S.CBM25. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols”

Additionally, we are unable to find the Canola futures contract (F.US.WR) in the symbol list. Could you please clarify:
  •  Why we are seeing the authorization error despite data being enabled for CGB?
  •  Why Canola (F.US.WR) is missing from the available products list?

The error you are getting for CGB is coming from CQG. Therefore, there must still be an issue with your setup for that data with CQG. You need to work with your broker to get this figured out.

With regards to Canola, we do not list every single product. You can just type in the proper symbol in the "Selected Symbol" field on the Find Symbol window and open the chart type you want.

but than in canola also it is showing the same error when I type the proper symbol. And regarding the cgb issue our broker is showing market data access is already enabled(attached screenshot showing the same ) and we are seeing the data in QT Trader of CQG for both the products too

In the image there is a popup showing the following: "The following enabled services may not be available when using product(s) in this product service ICE Futures US - Canadian Grains".

We are not certain what that message means, but it implies that you may have an issue. To us, further clarification is needed from CQG.

okay I will contact CQG regarding the Canola issue but what might be the issue regarding CGB?

We do not know. The error is coming from CQG, so again you need to ask them about it.
