We have market data enabled from our broker for the CGB contract (symbol: F.US.CB). However, we are still encountering the following error when attempting to download historical daily data: “Download Failed Error downloading historical Daily data for F.U.S.CBM25. Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols” Additionally, we are unable to find the Canola futures contract (F.US.WR) in the symbol list. Could you please clarify: • Why we are seeing the authorization error despite data being enabled for CGB? • Why Canola (F.US.WR) is missing from the available products list? |
