I'm unable to purchase Denali data feed as a non-professional because my account is still marked as professional. I have filled out and submitted the Real-time data agreements but still no change has happened to my account?

For the CME Group data, you filled out the "CME Non-Professional Certification" as if you are a Professional. You need to answer the question the other way in order to be considered a Non-Professional.

Additionally, you stated that you have an account with Tradovate in your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". Unfortunately, Tradovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart, therefore you will be unable to connect to that account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following regarding this along with information on an option for an easy solution:
