For the CME Group data, you filled out the "CME Non-Professional Certification" as if you are a Professional. You need to answer the question the other way in order to be considered a Non-Professional. Additionally, you stated that you have an account with Tradovate in your "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". Unfortunately, Tradovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart, therefore you will be unable to connect to that account in order to verify your non-professional standing.
