Although I have been using Sierra Charts for many years at level 3 , but lately I've switched to Level 11 or Package 11. I was trying to connect through Teton CME Routing to Clearing Firm Ironbeam and it comes up with Error Message "No Trade accounts assigned". Ironbeam says they have already assigned it. I would appreciate it, if you kindly look into it . cyberlearner |

Problem is fixed but now I have all the info on Clearing firm entered. Chart has no Live Data. They are on still Delayed Data. Clearing/Brokerage Firm says, they have entered all necessary info. They say problem is on Sierra Chart. It is not sending live Data.
