Although I have been using Sierra Charts for many years at level 3 , but lately I've switched to Level 11 or Package 11. I was trying to connect through Teton CME Routing to Clearing Firm Ironbeam and it comes up with Error Message "No Trade accounts assigned". Ironbeam says they have already assigned it.
