Issues routing orders from trade DOM

I am having significant issues routing orders from my Sierra Charts DOM. I have checked to see if I am running multiple instances of charts or DOMS and as far as I can tell I am not. Specifically what is happening: 1) On multiple occasions my Dom is working just fine and then suddenly I can only enter sell side orders. Buy side orders do not work at all. Nothing happens when I hit the order button. 2) on other occasions the DOM is just not responsive at all - on either side. 3) Several times my breakeven stop has failed Attached are my Dom settings - they were set the same when these issues happened. |

This does not matter and is not a problem: . I have checked to see if I am running multiple instances of charts or DOMS and as far as I can tell I am not.
1. Reset the scale: The Chart DOM Scale Check for order rejections in the Trade Service Log: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log 2. Same answer as above. Thanks for your response I noticed this morning that only the sell side of the DOM is showing activity. No orders showing on the buy side (picture attached). My DOM scaling settings are: interactive scale move and Scale range: constant range. I do not see any rejected orders in the activity logs but I have attached files. My trade activity is all fine up until last night. All orders showing and no sign of any rejected orders. There is just nothing there after the DOM stopped working properly. We need to see an image of your DOM since you state that "only the sell side of the DOM is showing activity."
