Sierra Chart Not Connecting to Two Separate Rithmic Feeds

Hello, There seems to be an issue I can't resolve w two of my SC installations each running their own Rithmic feed. Neither one is able to connect to Rithmic. I have verified both connections are active via RTraderPro. I've also reached out to each broker to verify my accounts/feeds are active. The extent of my troubleshooting abilities are at the end, so I'm hoping you guys can get me going in the right direction. I can send the results of Message Log if needed. Regards, |

If you are still not able to connect, it is because Rithmic has a connectivity problem at this time.

Hm. So, I waited for the market to close and re-open tonight, and I'm still getting 'Error connecting to data or Trading service' in the logs of both SC installations connecting to Rithmic. I'm able to log into Rithmic and access my account in RTraderPro. I've confirmed w both brokers that my Rithmic accounts are valid and running. When SC loads, the chart history is downloaded and the current candle (s15 timeframe) is loaded. But after that, no more candles load and time/price does not move. Yes. I'm running the latest version. Any insights are appreciated. On my sierra it says Rithmic not enabled on package. I changed to pkg 12 already and have funds.
