Hello, I am trading with the proprietary firm Bull Enox using Rithmic. I recently opened my Rithmic Trader Pro account and now I want to connect this Rithmic account to my Sierra Chart account. My goal is to use Rithmic only for order execution while continuing to use Sierra Chart Denali data (paid mode) for analysis. To set this up, I went to Data/Trade Service Settings and entered the exact same login credentials that I use to connect to Rithmic Trader Pro. However, I keep receiving the following error message: "Connection Error, Message from Servers, Rithmic Direct – DTC, Logon Error, Received from Servers: Permission Denied, Date Time." Do I need any additional data subscription, or is there a configuration issue preventing this setup from working? Thank you in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-03-17 17:07:48

it seems you have an "integrated" SC package, but if you want to use Denali data for charting (which is the best solution) of course you have to subscribe to Denali realtime-data and you have to verfiy that you have a live-account, otherwise data will be delayed. The other way would be to use Rithmic-data, in this case you have to enter your username/password 3 times

With regards to the "Permission Denied" error, refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure We see you are setup to get data for EUREX. Does Bulenox allow for trading EUREX? We only know them as trading the CME Group. If you need data for the CME Group, and you want to get it from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then make sure you understand that you need to have a live, funded futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. And you need to connect to that account, at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data for the CME Group by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
