Hello, I am trading with the proprietary firm Bull Enox using Rithmic. I recently opened my Rithmic Trader Pro account and now I want to connect this Rithmic account to my Sierra Chart account. My goal is to use Rithmic only for order execution while continuing to use Sierra Chart Denali data (paid mode) for analysis. To set this up, I went to Data/Trade Service Settings and entered the exact same login credentials that I use to connect to Rithmic Trader Pro. However, I keep receiving the following error message: "Connection Error, Message from Servers, Rithmic Direct – DTC, Logon Error, Received from Servers: Permission Denied, Date Time."
