Wrong live trading account number after CQG credential reset and delayed data.

I am using Sierra Charts for order routing only. I use Ninjatrader for charts. My subscription expired after renewing I now have delayed data and my live trading account is not mine. I reset my CQG credntials pasted it in SC Data Trade Service and I am still seeing the wrong account 1485409 is not my account it's not a AMP Futures account number and I have delayed data after resetting my CQG trading credentials This is day 4 trying to fix this problem all the previous posting did not help me I need to resolve this problem ASAP. With regards to the Trading Account Number, refer to the following: CQG Trading Platform Service: CQG Trading Account Numbers with regards to the data, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
