Problem re-opening Chartbook

Good morning, I saved a file on chartbook but just today, after closing it, I tried to open it but it doesn't open, what can I do?

Buongiorno io ho salvato un file su chartbook ma proprio oggi ,dopo averlo chiuso,ho cercato di aprirlo ma non me lo apre come posso fare?

Use a backup Chartbook. Instructions:

Buongiotrno ieri per aprire il file ho fatto come avete detto voi e ci sono riuscito.
Oggi tuttavia ho provato con la stessa procedura ma non l ho aperto.
PS i messaggi di errore non so leggerli.Non so come fare mi potreste aiutare per favore?

Please do the following:
- Select "File >> Close All Chartbooks".
- Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log, if it is not already open.
- On the "Message Log" window, select "Edit >> Clear Log".
- Select "File >> Open Chartbook".
- Select the Chartbook you are having an issue with.
- On the Message Log select "Send for Analysis" (this looks like a menu at the top, but it is a button).
- Post in this log and let us know that you sent the log to us.
