Please do the following: - Select "File >> Close All Chartbooks". - Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log, if it is not already open. - On the "Message Log" window, select "Edit >> Clear Log". - Select "File >> Open Chartbook". - Select the Chartbook you are having an issue with. - On the Message Log select "Send for Analysis" (this looks like a menu at the top, but it is a button). - Post in this log and let us know that you sent the log to us.
