DOM orders not showing ES/NQ

For some reason my dom is not showing the bid ask orders on ES/NQ but only shows orders for CFD us100/spx500. I was able to see the information all month but it all disappeared 30 minutes ago. I even made the payment to renew the subscription. Please help me get the bid/ask data for ES and NQ.

I am not a professional. I don't know why I as labeled a professional. I subscribed to Cme data as non professional and without a trading account. I paid 124 for this. Please turn the live data back on for ES and NQ. I don't understand why you guys turned it off.

I have the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account subscription for the extra cost of 78. I paid that and the cfd and forex portion. 124 total. Can you please turn on the live data for ES and NQ? I don't know why it was turned off. I had this for months now. Why did you turn it off?

In order to be considered a "Non-Professional" for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

When you have filled out your Exchange Agreements, you have not entered a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number", therefore you can not be tagged as a Non-Professional for the CME Group.

But, if you are going to pay for the Professional exchanges, then it does not matter.

We see that you have the "CME E-Mini for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" active. So you should be getting the data for ES and NQ. Let us know if you are still having an issue with this.

I signed the updated the agreements. I am a user without a trading account subscription for the extra cost of 78. I also paid that and the cfd and forex portion. 124 total. Can you please turn on the live data for ES and NQ?

I paid 78 to get the CME emini data without a trading account. But I am still not getting live data for ES and NQ. I am only getting live data for CFD and forex. Please help. I signed the new agreements you guys sent me to sign.

Hi John, I am not sure what happened on your end, but after you guys turned off my live data because you thought I was a professional, I had to remove my llc name. I don't understand what happened today but I still don't have live data for NQ and ES.

I resigned the two forms: Uniform Subscriber Addendum and CME Non-Professional Certification but it has not been accepted yet. Maybe that's why the data is off on ES and NQ? Please help me get live data.

That is completely unrelated. You activated the Professional exchange, so you should be getting the data.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
