In order to be considered a "Non-Professional" for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you have filled out your Exchange Agreements, you have not entered a "Clearing Firm" or "Account Number", therefore you can not be tagged as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. But, if you are going to pay for the Professional exchanges, then it does not matter. We see that you have the "CME E-Mini for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" active. So you should be getting the data for ES and NQ. Let us know if you are still having an issue with this.
