Trades execution on certain Apex account not allowed via DTC

Hello,

I´am trading on Apex account via Sierra chart and DTC protocol, with Rithmic.
I have there more Account and the newest one is not working.

I can´t get from there account balance and when I started to trade there, Sierra said to me, that server is not answering - timed out.
How is it possible, that other account are ok, and only this one not?

What I have to do now, what to check else?
As for Apex, from their side is all correct.
Sierra reject my order, but in Rithmic the execution is running, as for market entry, but without SL and TP.

What is the exact error message you are getting?

Are you using your own DTC client, or are you referring to the Rithmic DTC connection?

So please, why this account is not answering to Sierra DTC?
What to do in such cases?

That is a general connectivity issue with Rithmic. There is nothing that can be done about it from our end. It is a known issue with Rithmic, and the connection between Rithmic and Sierra Chart is written and owned by Rithmic, but they have not resolved the issue.
