Hello, I´am trading on Apex account via Sierra chart and DTC protocol, with Rithmic. I have there more Account and the newest one is not working. I can´t get from there account balance and when I started to trade there, Sierra said to me, that server is not answering - timed out. How is it possible, that other account are ok, and only this one not? What I have to do now, what to check else? As for Apex, from their side is all correct. Sierra reject my order, but in Rithmic the execution is running, as for market entry, but without SL and TP. Thanks |
