Connecting AMP account to pre existing sierra account

Before creating an AMP account I already had a sierra charts account with package 11. I am trying to connect the two so I can access the data provided by sierra and trade through sierra. How do I connect the two accounts? AMP gave me new log in credentials to sierra but I want to connect to my previously paid for account. The log in credentials were also for CQG and I have already switched to Teton.

To start with, AMP will not give you Sierra Chart credentials. You can only get a Sierra Chart account from us. We really doubt you were given credentials for a second Sierra Chart account, therefore just continue to use the one you have. It sounds like AMP is confused as to whether you are setup with CQG or Teton for your order routing. Please verify with them. If you are setup with Teton, then there will not be any credentials that need to be entered, as that is all handled for you on the back-end between the broker and us.
