To start with, AMP will not give you Sierra Chart credentials. You can only get a Sierra Chart account from us. We really doubt you were given credentials for a second Sierra Chart account, therefore just continue to use the one you have. It sounds like AMP is confused as to whether you are setup with CQG or Teton for your order routing. Please verify with them. If you are setup with Teton, then there will not be any credentials that need to be entered, as that is all handled for you on the back-end between the broker and us.
