DOM recent bid/asl volume not showing

Previously the recent bid/ask volume numbers were showing. However, today they no longer appeared. I checked the DOM customize columns and it was there. I also check the color setting in case was the same color as background and it wasnt. How to get them to show again? i just uploaded 3 screenshots |

There is nothing we can think of that would cause this to occur. We are not seeing any issue with the Trading DOM. Everything looks fine to us. Are you only having a problem with this DOM, or are you having a problem with data in general? There are two things we are curious about: - You are running a slightly older version (v 2700). We would like for you to update to the latest release to see if you continue to have an issue. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update - Our servers show that you use Sierra Chart on two different computers, but you are only setup to get the data to one system at a time. If you have Sierra Chart running on another system, then you will not be able to get the data to the current system. I figured it out. In order to show Recent Bid/Ask Volume, Bid Size/BuyColumn and Ask Size/Sell Column have to be as well instead of Buy/Sell Order Column
