We are not seeing any issue with the Trading DOM. Everything looks fine to us. Are you only having a problem with this DOM, or are you having a problem with data in general? There are two things we are curious about: - You are running a slightly older version (v 2700). We would like for you to update to the latest release to see if you continue to have an issue. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update - Our servers show that you use Sierra Chart on two different computers, but you are only setup to get the data to one system at a time. If you have Sierra Chart running on another system, then you will not be able to get the data to the current system.
