Do they give me the same data so only one is needed? Q2 I received a charge OF $34 ON 2/04 but there is nothing here with that amount. What can I plan my recurring charges to be if I want to use Denali data +TPO charts? Not a complaint just trying to figure out your wacky charging set up!! |

I'm pretty new to SC and had a hard time figuring out exactly what I needed as well. The $46 is just for the platform, and data fees are paid in addition to that. The data feed amounts will vary based on what financial products you are looking to chart, and are per device (up to 2 max). If you are using two computers, you will need to pay data feed fees twice. I think the $6 data feed is for products traded on the CME Group exchanges (futures contracts), and I think the $10 feed is for equities (i.e. stock) symbols. There is also a NASDAQ feed, so I don't know if the US Equities is just for NYSE or what, but I'm only trading futures and not equities, so I haven't looked into it. Not sure if I can help address your Q2 since I don't have access to your payment history, but I think SC allows you to have an account balance and then withdraws from that account balance when payments are due, so maybe you authorized a $34 charge for something and didn't use it? Your recurring charges are going to be the $46 + whatever data feeds you decide you need. Hope this helps! |

First at all, yes their charging system is everything but smart (but it is what it is), but they charge the correct amount, but it takes more than 1 payment (for whatever reason :) ) Q1: if you don't let us know what you want to see/trade, why should we know which data you need) the package 11 is the correct one if you need orderflow-tools and realtime data, the $6.-- package is for Level1 data (for all 4 CME-group exchanges), the $10.-- package is a stocks-package, so if you're a futures-trader (and don't need stocks-data) you can cancel this package |

Q1. They are not same data. If you need both The CME Group and U.S. Equities, then you are fine. Q2. You are setup for Automatic Payments. As such, the system will charge your card for the amount that you need to have in order to cover the upcoming fees. In this case, you needed $34.00 in order to have your Services Surplus balance be $62.00. You need $62.00 to cover the cost of your package ($46.00) and your exchange fees ($16.00) (46+16 = 62). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
