well, I tried your web-based alert yesterday...logged in yesterday...it doesn't work any better than Telegram...I tested it in real time...there are 16 old alerts in there, the same alerts that were in Telegram...I manually triggered a few more that I use, and they don't show up...

Only older ones that were on Telegram...nothing that has triggered in the last 12 hours has shown up...I keep getting a window pop-up stating I'm not connected to the chat server, but it says I'm connected on your platform...I can't find any settings that will address this issue

It sounds like the "Chat Identifier" for the particular alert you are using is not set correctly. Go through the setup for the getting alerts to your Chat to ensure that everything is setup correctly:

The instructions from the link you sent me are the exact same instructions for Telegram...on your chat window, after I logged in, it has the name of my chat exactly the same as it was and the chat identifier at the top of the list is the same too...280...it seems your chat window is a clone of Telegram. (see attached)
