I get error message when loading up my charts in my chartbook

receive an error message when loading my charts in my chartbook.

I am using Sierra Chart Service Package 11 with Integrated Advanced. I have a Topstep Trading Combine 50 account and their market data for order flow with Rithmic. I have accepted the two RTrader articles.

I live in Europe, and I selected the Topstep Trader Europe Non-Aggregated server, though I'm not sure if I did it correctly or if i should choose it. I have also translated the symbols to match the current service.´through edit-> translate symbols to current service

Nothing is working, and Topstep says it’s an issue with Sierra Chart, while I’ve heard from others that it could be a problem with Topstep or Rithmic.

Please help.

Your symbols are still incorrect. For instance, you have a chart with the symbol "ESH25-CME", but Rithmic uses the symbol "ESH5.CME". With your chartbooks open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols for Current Service". Then make sure the symbols have updated properly. If they do not for some reason (which would be odd) then you would need to change them manually.
