I paid for the data on the 18th, why is it showing that I only have data until the 13th?

I guess you mean the software-package, real-time data is always charged by calendar-month

Your Sierra Chart Service Package expires: February 13, 2025.

Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account:

1. Select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart software menu.

On the displayed webpage, click on "Activate Services".

Or you can also go to this page in your browser:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

Login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password if necessary.

2. Choose the particular Service Package and the number of Months that you want and press the "Update/Set" button. If you are on a Trial, you will first need to add sufficient credit to your account to pay for the chosen Service Package/Months. In this case, refer to the step below. Once that is done you can then choose the Service Package and number of Months.

3. Add sufficient credit to your Services Balance using any of the available payment options:

Sierra Chart packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle. Therefore, you will have 31 days of Usage Time from the day you activate the package and then you will pay for the next month on that renewal date.

The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. This means that if you activate an exchange in the middle of the month, you pay the full price for the exchange fee for the remainder of the month and then pay again on the first day of the following month.

Yes, just do the math. How many days would you stay? 26 days, not 31

The reason you only received 26 days instead of 31 was due to the fact that on January 9, 2025 you used the "Emergency Activation" option. This gave you 5 days of Usage Time at that time, but what you did not consider is that those 5 days would then be removed when you activated your next package.

Therefore, when you activated the package on January 18, 2025, 5 days were removed. You will see this in the "Transaction Log" for your account at the following link:
