Same here - in the chat window, it says "disconnected" and I'm unable to connect. Also cannot edit or create a new group. Separately, without Telegram support, and only using the new web chat, there is now no way to get notifications to a device. This is a huge problem for those of us running systems that need to be alerted on trades reliably.

We see no problems with the chat. We see connectivity to the chat server is stable all day with no disconnects. Open the chat window with File >> Open Chat Window. Ok I did this and I believe it connected the instances again to chat. However, as I said, I didn't change anything on my end. Therefore recently, like today or yesterday, dispite my not having clicked disconnect, the chats got disconnected. And I run 3 instasnces of Sierra and it occurred for all 3 despite my not changing anything related to chat. This has never happened to me before. |

Also I think the first time I clicked "connect" it may have succeeded because I got a bunch of Telegram alerts come through at once. BUT they did not show up in the actual chat. And then at some point the chats disconnected (again withought my disconnecting the chat explicitly on my end) So something strange is definitely going on here I will try and see if there is a version upgrade I can do and see if that fixes it in the meantime (after NY market close 4p EST). OK, you do need to update Sierra Chart to the current version. This is the problem. Upgrade seems to have fixed the issue. All chat windows in all instances are remaining connected so far
