Yesterday I tried setting up a permanent account after my free trial expired. It still showed up as trial after making a $100 payment on my account. Today I correctly set up my account and it asked for a payment of $64. I paid $10 plus another $54. Will the $100 I paid yesterday be applied to my permanent account? THANKS!!

You should not have had to pay an additional $64.00. We are not sure what was prompting this, but given what you setup, we do not see any reason for it. All of the funds you have added to your account are there ($164.00) less the $36.00 for the package that you have activated. When you activated an exchange on January 23, 2025 you were not activating it for a month. You were activating it for the remainder of the current month. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and the fees are not pro-rated. So when you activate an exchange, you are paying the full monthly amount for however much time is remaining in the current month. Then the exchange renews on the first day of the following month and you pay again. At this time, we see that you have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active and everything on your account looks good. So you should be getting the data for instruments traded on the CME Group. If you are having a problem with the data from the CME Group, then please get us your message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Please follow these instructions exactly. We need for you to only open a chart for a single symbol for which you are having a problem: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after the chart finishes loading, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
