We are having a problem with the CFE feed this Sunday evening. It appears to be a problem on the CFE side, with the server providing the order book data.

We are working on resolving this.

I have to use delete all data and download to get the chart to update. Looking at VXG25_FUT_CFE on a blank 1 minute chart.

VXG25_FUT_CFE the mini does not update for me. The micro chart DOES update live VXMG25_FUT_CFE.
I also brought up VXH25_FUT_CFE and that one doesn't update live either.

It looks like the micro feed updates live, but not the mini feed.

We are not seeing any issues with the data for VXG25_FUT_CME. This is through a release version of Sierra Chart connected through the public Internet in Illinois. So there is nothing special about this particular setup where we see everything working fine.

In the image you provided, it is showing that it is sub-instance you are running to get/view that data. If you open a chart for the same symbol in the Main Instance do you have the same problem?

Opened up the charts back up again in the main instance, data downloaded, but fails to update live on 10 second chart on VXG25_FUT_CME. - the second screenshot.

VXH25_FUT_CFE doesn't update live either on the main instance.

There should be plenty of range that I'm not seeing, it's not like non consistent update interval on the other contracts.

I tried the CFE feed,
VXG25_CFE does update live. - The first screenshot.

We should be using the _FUT_CFE feed right ? The 2 different feeds should all be working ?

Yes:
We should be using the _FUT_CFE feed right ?
Only use this symbol format for CFE. Do not use the shorter symbol format. The 2 formats will conflict with each other and cause this issue. Change the symbols only to this format and then reconnect with File >> Reconnect. That will solve the issue.
