We are not seeing any issues with the data for VXG25_FUT_CME. This is through a release version of Sierra Chart connected through the public Internet in Illinois. So there is nothing special about this particular setup where we see everything working fine. In the image you provided, it is showing that it is sub-instance you are running to get/view that data. If you open a chart for the same symbol in the Main Instance do you have the same problem?
