Hi, I just connected my rithmic account through rithmic trader pro into sierra charts and its giving me the green status box that its connecting but when i try to load a chart it wont load, tried both cme and comex and neitheir seem to work. This is the error i am recieving and just a black screen, would anyone be able to help here please? |

With Sierra Chart version 2728 and higher, we no longer have support for Rithmic data. As such, you have to choose one of the following: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower in order to continue to get the Rithmic data. Refer to the following for how to downgrade: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Stay on the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for real-time data for the CME Group. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You need to be aware that if you get the data from us, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account at least once a month for verification. ok so i have done that but now i have another problem, when i open the charts its saying historical download skipped and then its giving me a blank screen again and this is what the msg log is saying.

John i think i have cracked the code, download nearly all the versions and the one that seems to work is version 2720 for rithmic. Thank you for your help and your patience, i know its a headache for you to keep hearing about rithmic issues. Thank you once again.
