With Sierra Chart version 2728 and higher, we no longer have support for Rithmic data. As such, you have to choose one of the following: - Downgrade to version 2727 or lower in order to continue to get the Rithmic data. Refer to the following for how to downgrade: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure - Stay on the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for real-time data for the CME Group. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup the data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You need to be aware that if you get the data from us, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account at least once a month for verification.
