Hi,

Trying to figure out why my data has a 10 minute delay.

I have the integrated package and have followed all the instructions on the setup page.

After searching through the support board, I have attempted a couple of different possible solutions, such as making sure I have signed the CME agreement for live data, verified with my broker Ironbeam that they have activated their end, and editing>> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Yet, I still have a ten minute delay on my MNQ chart.

Any assistance you can provide would be very helpful. Thank you.

You do not have any exchanges active. You can activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group at the following link:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Ok, now, this is to activate the data feed correct? Which means an additional fee is applied?

If I were only interested in trading one or two futures, such as MNQ and NQ, then I should be ok going with #4 CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts, correct?

Also, if my broker is already providing data, am I able to follow these instruction to avoid any additional fees?
Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No.

After changing the Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds setting, reconnect to the data feed with the File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed commands on the menu.

Thank you.

Yes.

Yes. Or, if you do not need Market Depth data, then the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" would be all you need.

According to our servers, you are connecting to the Teton Order Routing Service. As such, your broker does not supply any data - you need to get your data from us.

If you are connecting to a different trading service, then the only one for which we have data connectivity for the CME Group is Interactive Brokers. In this case, you could get the data from them into Sierra Chart and not pay for the data from us. You do not need to change the setting for "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" in order to get the data from Interactive Brokers. This only comes into play if you are getting data from us and do not want it into a specific installation.
