Hi, Trying to figure out why my data has a 10 minute delay. I have the integrated package and have followed all the instructions on the setup page. After searching through the support board, I have attempted a couple of different possible solutions, such as making sure I have signed the CME agreement for live data, verified with my broker Ironbeam that they have activated their end, and editing>> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Yet, I still have a ten minute delay on my MNQ chart. Any assistance you can provide would be very helpful. Thank you. |
