Good morning,

I have a problem with OCO connection. I have an Apex account and Rithmic routing data from them to Sierrachart. Sometimes it happens that I enter a shop where I have SL and TP set. If I get hit by either SL or TP, my order on the opposite side is not canceled and I have to cancel it manually. It throws me a message, which I am attaching in the form of a screen. Is there any way to solve this problem?
I wrote to Apex, but he wrote back to me with the following:

If you are getting that "Order Modification Failed | Rithmic Direct - DTC (order cancel/replace reject). Internal order..." error when this is occurring, then you do need to ask Apex or Rithmic about this, as you are getting a rejection from Rithmic regarding cancelling the order for some reason. You would need to show them that exact message and make sure they understand that the error is coming from Rithmic. Sierra Chart is just reporting the information received from Rithmic.

Hello,
so it happened again. But it is strange that in Rithmic Trader Pro in Recent Orders all orders are canceled including OCO unaffected Stoploss, but in SierraChart it is still hanging. The order can no longer be moved. It has to be canceled manually, even though there is no order in the market according to Rithmic Recent Orders.
Look at the attachment.
Yesterday it happened to me too, so I then let the market go through the hanging order and nothing happened at all. So where is the mistake? Personally I think it is some BUG in SierraChart.

If Rithmic is properly closing the position based on the Stop, but the Stop order is not being removed in Sierra Chart, then that means that Rithmic has not properly sent the information back to your Sierra Chart to specify that the order should be closed out.
