Good morning, I have a problem with OCO connection. I have an Apex account and Rithmic routing data from them to Sierrachart. Sometimes it happens that I enter a shop where I have SL and TP set. If I get hit by either SL or TP, my order on the opposite side is not canceled and I have to cancel it manually. It throws me a message, which I am attaching in the form of a screen. Is there any way to solve this problem? I wrote to Apex, but he wrote back to me with the following: Thank you so much for reaching out to our support team.
