I don't get real time data on my new computer

I have a new computer and installed a new SierraChart on it, and when I go Find symbol->MESH5.CME March 2025... the data window remains black, nothing on it. On the new SierraChart on the Data/Trade Service Settings I set The Exchange, the Trading Username and Password, like on the old working one, on the old one I see Market Data and Historical Data Usename and Password (all the same) is set, but on the new one these are not in the Data/Trade Service Settings window, could this be the problem I haven't set them yet? I went to my office in the morning. and my Sierra Chart there doesn't get CME data either, MESH5.CME Chart Dome blank, although it worked so far, TICK is working real time.. Offhand, our guess is that the computers where this was not working were on a more recent version than the old computer. With version 2728 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 You would need to do one of the following: - Ensure that the computers you want to connect to Rithmic and get data from Rithmic are on a version less than 2728. I try to switch to Teton Order Routing, on the Data/Trade Sevice settings I set Teton CME Order Routing and from the Clearing Firm: IronBeam... I have only delayed data and the following message: Connection error message from service: Teton CME Order Routing Connection error: No trade accounts assigned. Date-Time Sorry...
