Offhand, our guess is that the computers where this was not working were on a more recent version than the old computer. With version 2728 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 You would need to do one of the following: - Ensure that the computers you want to connect to Rithmic and get data from Rithmic are on a version less than 2728.
