Offhand, our guess is that the computers where this was not working were on a more recent version than the old computer. With version 2728 and higher, we no longer support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following:

You would need to do one of the following:
- Ensure that the computers you want to connect to Rithmic and get data from Rithmic are on a version less than 2728. Refer to the following for how to load a specific version:

- Setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. For the real-time CME Group data, follow these instructions:

Keep in mind that with Rithmic, you will not be able to connect with more than one computer at a time to the same account.
